
Coaching Session Preparation & Instructions
Here is the groundwork so that you can get the most out of the sessions.
To begin, if you haven’t already please fill out the intake form. Click here to take you to the form. Next step, please sign the waiver here.
Please be on time for your session.
Please turn off all devices except for the one that you’re on.
Be sure you have a quiet, safe and comfortable that you feel you can talk, move, and feel free to be in.
Have a bottle of water, a blanket, pillow, your journal, writing implement.
Our time is sacred. To best support you, I invite you to bring a candle, burn sage or whatever form of clearing the air works for you, and an object that you feel drawn to.
Our process always begins with focusing on self-care to all of your parts… with love, kindness and compassion. This includes: Learning to “mother” yourself. Understanding and holding your boundaries with others and yourself
We will explore the distorted beliefs/identities and the reframe.
Practice cultivating a neutral witness.
Reclaiming your true nature which will also inform the choices you will make that can be based on enjoyment, creative expression, pleasure, inspiration, your hearts desire and personal freedom rather than needing to fix, heal and prove your value.
Create your “medicine bag” and practices that supports your true nature
Cultivate a dreaming practice with specific journeys that support “seeing” and the reframe
Somatic embodiment integration
Other tools as needed for integration and awareness (vision walks, soul imprint, self care/wellness, etc.
